Today's activity is work. Work is a stressful place for many of us, but it doesn't need to be that way. By approaching your work non-judgementally and putting positive energy into conversations, emails, projects and ideas you can transform your place of work into a place of calmness and achievement.
Pausing and reflecting is also a key element of practicing mindfulness at work. Make sure you take regular breaks, whether it's a walk around the office or even a brief pause at your desk. Reflect on what work has been done and prioritise what needs to be done next.
